BV treatment: one day course - £49.50

BV treatment - how we can help you
This service is only for women already know that they have BV (bacterial vaginosis) or women who've had BV before and recognise the BV symptoms. This service is confidential and lets you get the BV treatment you need without leaving home. No fuss, no embarrassment.
How the service works
Register online and fill in the questionnaire. If it's safe to do so, one of our doctors will then send you the BV treatment. We'll normally dispatch your BV treatment next working day. You'll need to sign for it when it arrives. We'll give you a full refund if we think it's not safe to send you treatment.
How to take it
This BV medication comes as five tablets that you take as one dose. If you take the medication as instructed then the treatment is very effective. We also offer a week-long course of BV treatment. Both BV treatment options tend to be effective if taken properly.
Potential side-effects
Like any medication, this antibiotic can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea or an allergic rash. In addition this BV treatment can (rarely) cause liver damage or blood clotting disorders. This treatment reactes very badly with achohol. DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL the day before, the day of, or the day after taking this medication. This one day single dose course of BV treatment is more likely to cause nausea than the seven day BV treatment we also offer.
Unsuitable patients
You shouldn't request this treatment if you're allergic to metronidazole, pregnant, breast-feeding or suffering from liver or kidney disease.
